We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, provide a replacement for the defective item at no additional cost. However, we do not offer cash refunds or exchanges.

3. Conditions for Reporting Defects

To be eligible for a replacement of defective or damaged products, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The request for replacement must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Clear photographic proof of the damage or defect must be provided.
