Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines exclude weekends, Poya days, and public holidays.

2. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted courier services—Daraz Express and Trans Express—to ensure prompt and secure delivery.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all orders above LKR 2000. Orders below this threshold may be subject to standard delivery charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Sri Lanka only. International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please:

  • Confirm the shipping address.
  • Check all secure areas and with household members or neighbors.
  • Contact the courier using the provided tracking number.

If the package is officially declared lost by the courier, you may contact us with your order number to request a reshipment or a refund, subject to verification.
