1. No Refunds or Returns

  • Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or any other reasons not related to product damage.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +94729228225 or email info@innozonemall.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • If verified as damaged/defective, we may offer a replacement based on product availability. No cash refunds will be issued.

3. Delivery Delays or Failures

  • Innozone Mall is not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by third-party courier services.
  • No refunds or replacements are provided for delivery failures beyond our control.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • All products listed on Innozone Mall, including wallets, perfumes, accessories, and gift items, are non-returnable due to hygiene and quality control reasons.
