All orders placed through Innozone Mall are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery is handled by third-party courier services and will typically be completed within 3 to 7 working days, excluding weekends, Poya days, and public holidays.

We currently deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka.

4. Delivery Charges
