1. No Return, No Refund, No Exchange
All sales made through Innozone Mall are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges once an order is confirmed and delivered.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery by providing:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the defect or damage
If the claim is validated, a replacement item will be sent at no additional cost. Cash refunds or item exchanges are not available.
3. Conditions for Reporting Defects
To qualify for a replacement:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photographic proof must be provided.
4. Exclusions
Requests due to personal preferences, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or change of mind are not eligible for return or refund.
