Welcome to Innozone Mall. By placing an order through our Website or WhatsApp, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery

  • All orders are delivered within 2–3 working days, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and Poya days.
  • Deliveries are carried out through trusted, reputable courier and shipping partners.

2. Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • All COD orders must be confirmed by phone call or WhatsApp prior to dispatch.
  • Orders will only be shipped once confirmation has been received from the customer.

Bank Transfer

  • Payment must be transferred directly to Innozone Mall’s company bank account.
  • Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed in our account.

Online Card Payment

  • Online card payments are processed securely through the PayHere payment gateway.
  • Innozone Mall does not store or have access to your card details. Orders are processed only after we receive payment confirmation from PayHere.

3. Fake, Fraudulent, and Failed Orders

We have observed a rise in fraudulent and irresponsible orders — including customers who fail to answer calls after dispatch, reject packages on arrival, provide fake or invalid addresses, ignore our team or courier, or block our contact number. Every order (COD, bank transfer, or online payment) incurs real packing, operational, and courier costs. We kindly ask customers to order responsibly and only place an order they genuinely intend to receive.

3.1 Refused, Unaccepted, Unreachable, or Fake Orders

If an order is rejected, unanswered, placed with a fake/invalid address, or identified as a fake order, the following applies:

  • The customer will be liable for a shipping/courier charge of LKR 600.00, incurred as a result of the failed delivery.
  • For bank transfer or online card payments: the LKR 600.00 charge will be deducted from the amount paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded via bank transfer to the customer’s provided account.
  • For COD orders: the customer will be responsible for settling the LKR 600.00 charge with the courier service.
  • The customer may be permanently blocked from placing future orders with Innozone Mall.

3.2 Fraudulent Orders

Orders identified as fake or fraudulent may result in:

  • The customer being permanently blocked from future purchases.
  • Innozone Mall reserving the right to pursue further action, including legal action, against individuals found to be placing malicious or fraudulent orders.

4. No Return, Refund, or Exchange

All sales are final. Innozone Mall does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered and accepted, except:

  • Where required by applicable law, or
  • Where the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery (subject to verification and Innozone Mall’s discretion).

All products are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order with Innozone Mall, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
  • Respond to confirmation calls or messages from Innozone Mall or our courier partner.
  • Accept and pay for confirmed orders upon delivery.
  • Bear applicable shipping charges in the event of refusal, non-acceptance, or a fake/invalid order.

6. Privacy & Data Security

We respect your privacy. All customer details are kept secure and are never sold or shared with third parties. We do not store any card details; all card payments are processed directly and securely through PayHere.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our Website or WhatsApp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including the payment and delivery policies outlined above.
